Vanessa has been assisting Sellers and Buyers with their real estate needs for over 13 years on Maui.  Achieving her Broker’s designation in 2007, she has over 110 transactions completed to date including residential homes and condos, vacation condos, multi-family properties, vacant land, and commercial sales and leasing.  Vanessa uses her knowledge of the market to match clients with appropriate properties and her negotiation skills to maximize their benefits.  With attention to detail, she is proactive throughout the transaction keeping her clients interests top of mind.  Vanessa holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Expert Negotiator Designations.  She use her marketing skills and photography skills to bring Sellers the attention their properties deserve and is dedicated to exceed her clients’ expectations, earning referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.

The beauty of the island brought Vanessa and her husband Mike to Maui in 2000 to make it home.  They easily fell in love with the island lifestyle that is built around family and friends, the beautiful nature here, adventures on the ocean, and the wonderful people here.
